Mr. Tom Baker is a retired 2nd Battalion Army Ranger with a PHD in Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri. He was also a Tillman Scholar. Following his time in the military, Mr. Baker sought to serve his community and utilize his degree. He joined the Phoenix Police Department and was a public servant from 2005-2014.
